This is the privacy policy for the web portal for the research project ADHD Augmented (AHA). The portal’s purpose is dissemination and exchange of information about the AHA. The web portal falls under the responsibility of the AHA consortium. It is not concerned with commercial transactions or with the exchange of data for marketing purposes. The AHA website does not work with any third party that serves ads to this site.

This Privacy Policy applies to the AHA website and governs personal information and usage by the website only. The AHA website is committed to being transparent and to ensuring your privacy is protected. By using this website, you consent to the personal information practices described in this policy. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The website does not collect or store any personal information. If you upload the consent forms from our web site, the details are sent to the email account of HADD Ireland. HADD Ireland follows up and contacts the interested party in the project and in collaboration with WordsWorthLearning, once the pre-assessment is finished they send us the results with anonymised and de-identified data for students, parents and teachers. There is limited access to the hard copy personal data to authorised personnel and with a sign-in procedure secure and safely stored from WWL and HADD Ireland. Only HADD Ireland and WWL can use the information you have submitted in the consent forms to contact you about AHA activities and results.

A feedback evaluation form is intentionally not provided on this website. Users may directly contact us with any comments at Storage and handling of such messages are subject to the data handling policy of the coordinator.

Concerning traffic data, which is created by browsing the web portal, we collect IP addresses of the website’s visitors. These data are collected automatically as soon as you enter our website. These IP addresses are stored for 5 years after the end of the project. No registration is required to access the website. However, we use cookies to be able to provide a members-only area on this website for the users of the AHA platform for the pilot study. For visitors not using this log-in area, cookies can be denied through the browser setting without negatively affecting the functionality of the website. Part of the data is collected to ensure the proper functioning of the website. Other data can be used to analyse how visitors use the site.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data which we process based on your consent in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the direct transfer of data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.

Information, Blocking, Deletion
